Henderhan Printing began in October 1985 in a small office at 19th and Gore, Lawton, Oklahoma. The business was started with three family members - Larry, wife Sharon, son Heath and two employees. Larry Henderhan, who had just retired from the Army, as a Career Counselor, in June 1985, was working at building up clients. The plaques and awards were produced locally. He was getting his printing done in Oklahoma City and Wichita Falls, TX. Everyday was a trip on the road to pick up orders. Appointments were made to see his customers at their convenience and at their place of business. This arrangement worked fine until the business increased and there was no time to make road trips to pick up printed materials.

Henderhan Printing moved to 17th and Ferris, purchased printing equipment and eliminated the daily road trips. It wasn't long before the printing equipment grew to more presses and dryers. In addition to screen printing, the engraving and embroidery has been brought in-house and is supported by a full time staff. The business remained at the same location for nine years before moving to their current home at 212 S.E. Park. In July 1995, Henderhan Printing was selected as Fort Sill's Small Business Of The Year and received the Award For Excellence.

The Henderhan customer base has expanded from the original Lawton and Fort Sill communities, to our customers throughout the United States and overseas. The business has expanded across the globe, reaching soldiers in Iraq, Germany, Hawaii, Saudi Arabia, Korea, Japan and more. With the growth of the Internet, the Henderhan Printing web site came on-line in 1997, as HENDERHAN.COM. It is now as easy to shop at Fort Drum, NY as in Lawton, OK.
