HENDERHANS understands that most of our customers need their awards for a specific date. 
This is why we provide detailed shipping information.

We ask the date for which your order is needed so that we can make sure that the shipping method
you have chosen will reach you on time!  The shipping days DO NOT include processing time.

•   When choosing your shipping method, please keep in mind that UPS does not deliver on Saturday
    or Sunday.
•   Ground UPS is not a guaranteed service.
•   All orders shipped to AK & HI are shipped via 2-Day Air.
•   Shipping & Handling charges will be charged to the customer.        
•   Henderhans requires a street address for all deliveries. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

The following "Time-in-Transit" map provides the estimated number of transit days for delivery
via UPS ground services from our manufacturing facility to your shipping destination.

Day shipped, Saturday and Sunday are not transit days.
